Özellikle erkeklerin olmazsa olmaz sohbetlerinden birisi futbol. Şanslıyız ki, bu tutku ülkemizde çok küçük yaşlarda bize aşılanıyor. Bir zamanların renk katan aktivitesi şimdilerde hiç de eskisi gibi değil. Bu yazıda ülkemiz futboluna dair bazı sitemlerim olacak.
Çocukluğumun futbol tutkusunun büyük çoğunluğu okul ve okul dışında arkadaşlarla köy tarlalarında yaptığımız maçlarla başladı. O dönemlerde iyi ya da kötü oynamak fark etmeksizin herkesin aynı hevesle bir aktivitede olması çok güzeldi. Eve çilek gibi olmuş surat ve kuru toprağa bulanmış tişörtle dönmeyi özleyeceğim aklıma hiç gelmezdi. Evet, şimdilerdeki gibi evlerine kapanmayan çocukluk yıllarından bahsediyorum. Öyle lig maçlarını falan izlemek de şimdikiler gibi kolay değildi. Televizyonlara takılan ücretli abonelik kartlarıyla ya da kahvehanelerde topluca izlemekti tek çözüm. Korsan yayınlar o dönemlerde yoktu bile. Maçın köy kahvesinde yayınlanması da ne kadar yasalsa tabi. Ama kim takar. Ağızlarda sigara, okey takımı masada ve son ses çalan maç yayını... Hoş, şimdiler bile bu âdetin bazı kesimlerde devam ettiğini görmek güzel. Ama biz güzel olmayan taraflarına bakalım.
Hiç eksik olmaz. Bir pozisyona bir tarafın sövmesiyle diğerinin takımını savunması ve övmesi. Ama işin özü şu ki, finalde o maçlar hep yan yana izlenebilirdi. İşin kötü yanı şu ki, futbol çok zevksiz bir hal aldı. Ne eski oyuncuların kalitesinde performanslar var, ne de eski tutkuları yaşayan taraftarlar. Bugün futbol taraftarlığı bir holiganlıktan, serserilikten ibaret. Anlamsız, saçma sapan birçok konuda haddini çokça aşan tepkiler, tavırlar göstermek ülkemizde futbolunu sevilen bir kefeye artık koyamıyor. Futbol dediğimiz şeyin içinde azımsanmayacak şekilde çocuk taraftarlar da var ve yanlarında eşlik eden ebeveyn müsvetteleri bir şeylere söverek erkekleşme derdinde. Bu durum futbolun geneline yansıdığı için takım ayırt etmek yersiz. Peki en çok merak ettiğim şey de şu: Neden?
Şöyle de bakmak lazım. İnsanlar futbol terörünü neden yarattı? Onları bu duruma iten şey ne? Bunu cevabını bulmak karmaşık görünse de zor değil. Çünkü ülkemiz futbolu berbat bir noktaya evrilmiş durumda. Şöyle söyleyeyim, en son kaçımız milli takımın galibiyetinde göğsümüzü gere gere sevinebildik. Yahu ortada oynanan şeye futbol demek bile mümkün değilken biz Gürcistan - Türkiye galibiyetinin 1-2 olmasına seviniyoruz. Üstelik halı saha maçından ibaret bir oyun planı içinde.
Lig takımları futbol oynamayı bırakalı çok olmuş gibi hissettiriyor. Her takım, oynadığı maç için günü kurtarma peşinde. Birçok maç "Bitse de eve gitsek." havasında geçiyor ve saha kenarında bundan memnun olan şakşakçı taraflarlar yığınla. Hakemler tüm bu sürecin suçluluları ilan ediliyor. Sanki hakem işini kusursuz yapsa diğer tarafta her şey yolunda gidecekmiş gibi. Futbolu ülkemizde yok edenler bu futbolun başında olduğu sürece ne taraftalar ne de kulüpler bir futbol terörürün önüne geçemeyecek. Biz de bu taht sonlana kadar eski tutkusunu yaşadığımız şeyin renklerine ve mazisiyle hasret olmakla yetineceğiz.

One of the indispensable conversations, especially for men, is football. Luckily, this passion is instilled in us at a very young age in our country. This once colourful activity is not what it used to be. In this article, I have some complaints about football in our country.
Most of the football passion of my childhood started with the matches we played in the village fields with friends outside school and school. In those days, it was great that everyone was involved in an activity with the same enthusiasm, regardless of whether they played well or badly. I never thought that I would miss coming home with a face like a strawberry and a t-shirt covered in dry soil. Yes, I am talking about the childhood years when people were not locked in their homes like they are nowadays, and it was not as easy to watch league matches as it is now. The only solution was to watch them with paid subscription cards attached to the televisions or collectively in coffee houses. Pirate broadcasts did not even exist in those days. Broadcasting the match in the village coffee house was legal, of course. But who cares. Cigarettes in their mouths, the okey team on the table and the match broadcast playing at full volume... It is nice to see that this custom continues even nowadays in some segments. But let's look at the not so nice sides.
It never fails. One side cursing a position and the other defending and praising their team. But the bottom line is that those matches could have been watched side by side in the final. The bad thing is that football has become very unpleasant. There are no performances of the quality of the old players, nor are there fans with the old passion. Today, football fandom consists of hooliganism. Showing reactions and attitudes that go way beyond the limits in many meaningless, nonsensical issues can no longer put football in a popular category in our country. There are also a considerable number of child fans in what we call football, and the accompanying parents are trying to masculinise by cursing something. Since this situation is reflected in football in general, it is inappropriate to distinguish teams. And the thing I wonder the most is: Why?
Look at it this way. Why did people create football terror? What drives them to this situation? It is not difficult to find the answer to this, even if it seems complicated. Because football in our country has evolved to a terrible point. Let me put it this way, how many of us have been able to rejoice the national team's victory with pride. While it is not even possible to call what is being played football, we are rejoicing that Georgia - Turkey won 1-2. Moreover, in a game plan that is nothing more than an astroturf match.
It feels as if the league teams have long since stopped playing football. Every team seems to be trying to save the day for the match they are playing. Many matches are played in a "let's just get on with it and go home" mood and there are plenty of cheering fans on the sidelines who are happy with this. Referees are blamed for the whole process. As if everything would be fine on the other side if the referee did his job perfectly. As long as those who are destroying football in our country are in charge of football, neither the fans nor the clubs will be able to prevent a football terror. We will be content with longing for the colours and history of our old passion until the end of this throne.
I wish for a beautiful future where our old passions do not turn into massacres. ⚽
